The Leadership Center
The Leadership Center is situated in a small town in Nebraska with a beautiful conference setting, friendly personal service, great homestyle meals, exciting recreation, and a variety of comfortable lodging and meeting facilities.
Our Mission Statement
Founded on the principles and values of the FFA, the mission of the Leadership
Center is to provide quality, affordable meeting and training facilities,
services, coordination and resource/referral support to groups gathered for
the purpose
of training/developing leaders or to groups who gather to enhance the relationships
among their members.
There are 13 meeting rooms available that range in size from 368 sq ft to 3500
sq ft, with seating from 10 to 400 guests. Food and beverage is served in
our main dining room, or you can be served in your meeting
room.

The Leadership Center is a full service Conference Center. Founded
by the Nebraska Vocational Agricultural Foundation to enable the Nebraska FFA
to have a home for its leadership training programs; as well as to provide
for the training and educational needs of other youth and adult organizations.
We are not only here to meet the needs of our guests, but to exceed their expectations.
